KEEP IT CLEAN: THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO MAINTAIN YOUR SUITCASE

MAKE IT SHINE AGAIN

You may not see it, but after a journey, there is always a layer of dirt on your suitcase. Our suitcases are easy to clean with warm soapy water or damp cleaning wipes. Are there black stripes on your suitcase? You can quickly remove those stripes with a clean cloth and a small amount of petrol. (Do not use petrol on textile suitcases and travel bags; the oil will leave stains.)
→ Do not forget the handle and the zipper hangers. You and others touch these parts; therefore, they are hotspots for bacteria. Found black rubber stripes on your suitcase? Use an eraser!

(ST) ROLLING AROUND

As we already said, your suitcase gets to visit a lot of places, but not all of them are particularly clean. If you travel alone, your suitcase is rolled along even to the toilet. The wheels go through a lot of (invisible) dirt. And you don't want to leave it on when you put your suitcase back in the cupboard.
→ Use a hand brush and warm soapy water to clean the wheels − ideal for removing dirt.

DUST FREE

No doubt that dust or sand from a day on the beach will end up in your suitcase. You definitely want to get that out. However, emptying the suitcase above a garbage bin may not be such a great idea.  So, what's the best way to clean it?
→ After all the stuff has been taken out, remove any dust, dirt, or sand with a hand vacuum cleaner. This way, you know for sure that nothing will be left behind, and next time you travel, your packed clothes will stay neat and clean.

FRESH AIR

Your suitcase is closed most of the time. And the lack of fresh air can cause odours, especially when you travel to warm countries and have a dirty laundry left in. Back home, put a scented bag or a soap bar in your suitcase. Bye-bye, foul smells. Hello, fresh scent!
→ Short time in between trips? Then leave the scented bag in while travelling. A bar of soap is also an option. However, be careful if you are heading to a warm county, as the soap can melt and leave stains.

COVER IT

Okay, your suitcase shines again. The wheels are clean. The inside is dust- and odour-free. Now, it's time to store your SUITSUIT suitcase in the cupboard, under the bed or on the attic. But even then, you want to keep the suitcase as clean as possible. Therefore, cover it up.
→ The SUITSUIT suitcase cover is incredibly useful during and after travelling.
