Terms & Conditions Cotton Shopper

GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to the gift with purchase ‘Free Cotton Shopper with purchases of €150 or more’, hereinafter referred to as ‘the GWP’ or ‘the promotion’, organised by SUITSUIT International BV, based in Soest, hereinafter referred to as ‘SUITSUIT’. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these promotional terms and conditions.

PROMOTION AND DURATION

1.       The GWP applies to purchases of at least €150 per order.

2.       The duration of the GWP is from 04.08.2025 to 24.08.2025.

3.       The promotion is only open to persons aged 18 and over.

4.       To be eligible for the free Cotton Shopper worth €14.95, you must place an order of at least €150 via the official SUITSUIT website. The gift will be automatically added to your order.

5.       The GWP is available while stocks last. SUITSUIT reserves the right to terminate the promotion early if stocks run out.

6.       This promotion is not valid in combination with other promotions or offers.

7.       If you decide to return (part of) your order and the total amount falls below the minimum order value for the GWP promotion, you must also return the free Cotton Shopper. If the Cotton Shopper is not returned, the value of the bag will be charged.

PRIVACY

1.       The personal data obtained in the context of this GWP will not be provided to third parties.

2.       The personal data obtained by SUITSUIT in the context of this GWP will be included in its database and will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

3.       The personal data will not be sold to third parties or made available to third parties in any other way.

4.       The email addresses collected will only be used by SUITSUIT to send periodic email newsletters and to contact participants about this GWP and future promotions and offers.

5.       At the customer's request, his or her personal data will be deleted by SUITSUIT.

SUITSUIT GENERAL

1.       SUITSUIT cannot be held responsible for any damage, costs or expenses whatsoever.

2.       SUITSUIT may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, change or amend these promotional terms and conditions during the promotional period, or terminate the promotion without giving any reason, without being liable to pay any compensation to the customer.

3.       In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, a decision will be made by SUITSUIT.

4.       These promotional terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or from the promotion shall be submitted to the competent court.
