Terms and Conditions Mother's Day Giveaway

GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway "SUITSUIT Mother's Day giveaway", hereinafter referred to as "the giveaway", organised by SUITSUIT International BV, located in Soest, hereinafter referred to as "SUITSUIT". By participating in this giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions.

PARTICIPATION
  1. Participation in this giveaway is free and possible throughout the entire promotional period. Participation takes place by registering via the Mother's Day giveaway registration form and agreeing to the (promotional) terms and conditions.
  2. To be eligible to participate, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger than 18 years old, you may only participate with the consent of your parent(s) or guardian(s).
  3. You can participate in this giveaway only once.

DURATION AND PRIZE DRAW
  1. The duration of the giveaway is from April 28, 2024, to May 7, 2024.
  2. The winner will be drawn on May 7, 2024, and selected randomly and impartially by an employee of SUITSUIT.
  3. The draw will take place only if a minimum of 50 unique participants have registered during the promotional period.
  4. The winner will be informed personally via email within 5 working days after the draw date.
  5. If the winner of the giveaway does not respond within 48 hours after the announcement date, the right to the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
  6. The decision regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into with SUITSUIT.

PRIZE
  1. The prize includes a €200 wellness voucher, which can be used freely at a wellness location of choice, along with a Fab Seventies set consisting of a weekender and a beauty set, for both the winner and her mother.
  2. The prize winner must contact us via klantenservice@suitsuit.nl with address information and "Mother's Day giveaway redemption" as the subject line within 48 hours of the announcement. Otherwise, the right to the prize will be forfeited.
  3. The prize winner is responsible for transportation and the necessary and valid travel documents and any travel and cancellation insurance. The costs thereof are at the expense of the prize winner and are not included in the prize.

PRIVACY

  1. The personal data obtained in the context of this giveaway will not be provided to third parties.
  2. The personal data obtained by SUITSUIT in the context of this giveaway will be included in its database and will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act.
  3. The personal data will not be sold to third parties or made available to third parties in any other way.
  4. The collected email addresses will only be used by SUITSUIT to periodically send email newsletters and to contact participants about this promotion and future promotions and offers.
  5. At the request of the participant, their personal data will be deleted by SUITSUIT.

SUITSUIT GENERAL

  1. SUITSUIT cannot be held responsible for any damage, costs, or burdens arising from participation in the promotion, the award of the prize, the receipt of the prize, or its use, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
  2. SUITSUIT accepts no liability for changes to or non-occurrence of the trip selected by the winner, which is booked (partly) using the holiday voucher obtained.
  3. Furthermore, SUITSUIT accepts no liability for events occurring during the trip. The trip is accepted by the winner at their own risk, subject to acceptance of the general terms and conditions set by the travel provider. SUITSUIT advises the winner to carefully read the general (travel) conditions of the travel provider in advance.
  4. SUITSUIT may, at its discretion and without prior notice, amend or adjust these terms and conditions during the promotional period, or terminate the promotion without giving reasons, without being obliged in any way to pay compensation to the participants.
  5. In cases not provided for by these terms and conditions, a decision will be made by SUITSUIT.
  6. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to the promotion must be submitted to the competent court.
