Fusion Giveaway Sets Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions 

GENERAL 

These terms and conditions apply to the “Fusion Giveaway Sets Prize Draw”, hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”, organised by SUITSUIT International BV, based in Soest, the Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as “SUITSUIT”. By participating in this prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.

PARTICIPATION 

  1. Participation in this prize draw is free of charge and possible throughout the entire promotional period. Participation takes place by leaving your full name and email address on the designated page on the website suitsuit.com. From that moment on, you will be entered into the prize draw.
  1. By participating in this prize draw, you give SUITSUIT permission to periodically send you a newsletter by email. You can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the relevant email.
  1. To be eligible to participate, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you may only participate with the consent of your parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
  1. You may participate in this prize draw only once. Your full first name, surname and email address will be considered as one unique combination.

WINNERS & DRAW 

  1. The promotional period runs from 26 February until 6 March 2026.
  1. The draw to select the winners will take place on 7 March 2026 and will be conducted at random and in an impartial manner by an employee of SUITSUIT.  
  1. The winners will be personally notified within five working days after the draw date via the email address used to participate in the promotion.
  1. If the winners do not respond within one week after the notification date, their right to the prize will lapse and a new draw will take place.  
  1. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

PRIZES 

  1. The prizes consist of two Fusion Giveaway Sets. 
  1. The first prize consists of a Fusion Giveaway Set including a 55 cm carry-on suitcase in Frosted Grey, including a unique and locally sourced Farmers Market jumper.
  1. The second prize consists of a Fusion Giveaway Set including a Daily Puffer in White Swan, including a unique Farmers Market towel. 
  1. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  1. Any applicable gambling or prize tax will be paid by SUITSUIT. 
  1. Any additional costs arising from the use of the prize are at the expense of the winner and are not included in the prize.

PRIVACY 

  1. The personal data collected, in this case the first name and email address of participants, will be used exclusively by SUITSUIT and will only be shared with partners where necessary for the execution of this prize draw. 
  1. The personal data obtained by SUITSUIT in connection with this prize draw will be included in its database and will be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.  
  1. The personal data will not be sold to third parties nor made available to third parties in any other way. 
  1. The collected email addresses will only be used by SUITSUIT to send periodic email newsletters and to contact participants about this promotion and future promotions and offers. For more information on how SUITSUIT handles personal data, including the purposes of processing, retention periods, the rights of data subjects and contact details of the data controller, please refer to the SUITSUIT Privacy Policy, available via: Privacy policy. 
  1. Personal data collected in connection with this promotion will not be retained longer than necessary for the execution of the promotion, unless a longer retention period is required by law or the participant has separately given consent to receive marketing communications. In that case, the data will be retained in accordance with the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy. 

GENERAL 

  1. SUITSUIT cannot be held liable for any damage, costs or expenses arising from participation in the promotion, the awarding of the prize, the receipt of the prize or the use thereof, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. 
  1. SUITSUIT accepts no liability for changes to or the unavailability of the prizes. 
  1. Furthermore, SUITSUIT accepts no liability whatsoever for events arising from the use of the prize.   

SUITSUIT reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions during the promotional period, or to terminate the promotion prematurely, if compelling circumstances or unforeseen situations so require. In no event shall SUITSUIT be obliged to compensate participants for any damages.   

  1. In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, a decision will be made by SUITSUIT.  
  1. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the promotion shall be submitted to the competent court.
