These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway “Win a dream trip worth €5,000” hereinafter referred to as "the promotion," organised by SUITSUIT International BV, locatedin Soest, hereinafter referred to as "SUITSUIT." By participatingin this giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Participation in this giveaway is free and open throughout the entire promotion period. You can participate by providing your full name and email address on the designated page on the website suitsuit.com. From that moment on, you will be entered into the draw.

2. By participating in this giveaway, you grant SUITSUIT permission to periodically send you a newsletter via email. You can opt out of receiving these newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the respective email.

3. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. If you are under 18, you may only participate with the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. You may participate in this giveaway only once. Your first name, surname, and email address will be considered a unique combination.

5. The promotion period runs from October 13 to December 15, 2025.

6. The winners will be randomly selected on December 16, 2025 by an impartial SUITSUIT employee.

7. The winners will be personally informed via the email address used to enter the giveaway within 5 working days of the draw.

8. If the winners do not respond within one week of the notification date, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and a new draw will be conducted.

9. There will be no correspondence regarding the outcome of the draw with SUITSUIT.

10. The prize “Win a dream trip worth €5,000” consists of a travel voucher with a value of €5,000, including VAT. The second-place prize consists of a travel voucher with a value of €3,000, including VAT. The third-place prize consists of a travel voucher with a value of €2,000, including VAT. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. SUITSUIT will bear any applicable gambling tax.

12. The prize winner is responsible for obtaining the required and valid travel documents and any travel or cancellation insurance. The costs for these are the responsibility of the prize winner and are not included in the prize.   

13. The personal data collected – in this case, the first name, date of birth, and email of participants – will be used solely by SUITSUIT and only shared with partners if necessary for organising the trip.

14. The personal data obtained by SUITSUIT as part of this giveaway will be included in its database and treated confidentially, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

15. Personal data will not be sold to third parties or otherwise made available to third parties.

16. The collected email addresses will only be used by SUITSUIT to periodically send email newsletters and to contact participants about this promotion, as well as future promotions and offers.

17. Upon request, SUITSUIT will delete the participant’s personal data.

18. SUITSUIT is not responsible for any damages, costs, or charges arising from participation in the giveaway, the awarding of the prize, the receipt of the prize, or its use, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

19. SUITSUIT accepts no liability for changes to or the cancellation of the trip selected by the winner, which is booked (in part) using the obtained holiday voucher.

20. Furthermore, SUITSUIT accepts no liability for events occurring during the trip. The trip is undertaken at the winner's own risk, subject to the terms and conditions set by the travel provider. SUITSUIT advises the winner to carefully read the travel provider’s terms and conditions before the trip.

21. SUITSUIT may, at its discretion and without prior notice, modify or amend these terms and conditions during the promotion period or terminate the promotion without giving any reason, without being liable for any damages towards the participants.

22. In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, SUITSUIT will make a decision.

23. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to the promotion shall be submitted to the competent court.
