TERMS & CONDITIONS – GIFT WITH PURCHASE (GWP) 

SPECIAL EDITION – MICRO CROSSBODY BAG 2025 

General Information 

These terms and conditions apply to the Gift With Purchase promotion “Free Special Edition Micro Bag with a spend of €250 or more”, hereinafter referred to as “the GWP” or “the promotion”, organised by SUITSUIT International B.V., based in Soest, hereinafter referred to as “SUITSUIT”. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

The conditions below apply to purchases made during this promotion. 

Promotion Period 

The terms and conditions apply during the month of December. The promotional period begins at 00:00 on Monday–Tuesday night, 2 December, and ends on Wednesday, 31 December at 23:59, while stocks last. SUITSUIT reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion at any time. 

 

Participation Requirements 

  • The free Micro Crossbody Bag is automatically added to orders with a minimum order value of €250 (after any discounts and excluding shipping costs). 

  • The promotion applies only to online orders placed via suitsuit.com. 

  • The promotion does not apply to gift cards. 

  • One free Micro Crossbody Bag is issued per order. 

 

Stock Limitation 

The promotion is valid while stocks last. 

If the Micro Crossbody Bag is no longer available, there is no entitlement to a replacement product or cash equivalent. 

 

Returns and Exchanges 

If you return (part of) your order, causing the total order value to fall below €250, the free Micro Crossbody Bag must: 

  • be returned along with the order, or 

  • SUITSUIT will deduct the value of €39.95 from the refund amount. 

The free Micro Bag cannot be returned or exchanged separately. 

 

Other Conditions 

  • The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

  • Any misuse or fraudulent activity will result in exclusion from the promotion. 

  • In situations not covered by these terms and conditions, SUITSUIT will decide. 

 

Privacy 

The personal data obtained in connection with this GWP will not be passed on to third parties. 

The personal data obtained by SUITSUIT in connection with this GWP will be stored in its database and handled confidentially and in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act. 

Personal data will not be sold or made available to third parties in any way. 

Email addresses collected will be used solely by SUITSUIT to send periodic email newsletters and to contact participants regarding this GWP and future promotions and offers. 

Upon request, SUITSUIT will delete a customer’s personal data. 

 

General SUITSUIT Provisions 

SUITSUIT cannot be held responsible for any damage, costs or expenses of any kind. 

SUITSUIT may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, amend or adjust these terms and conditions during the promotional period, or terminate the promotion without providing a reason, without being liable for any compensation to the customer. 

In cases not provided for in these terms, SUITSUIT will determine the outcome. 

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the promotion must be submitted to the competent court. 

 

Ordering 

There are products missing from my order. 
If items are missing from your order, please contact our customer service team via klantenservice@suitsuit.nl or +31 (0)35 76 00 208, quoting your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and satisfactorily. 

I made a mistake in my order; can I still change it? 
If you discover a mistake in your order, please contact our customer service team immediately and include your order number. Depending on the order status, we will do our best to make any necessary changes. 

Can I cancel my order? 
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel orders due to the rapid processing of purchases. We therefore advise you to carefully check your order before completing it.
