You can always change or cancel your order. If you want to change anything or cancel an order immediately after making it, please call +31 35 54 29 125 . If we have not yet processed your order, we can change it immediately. If your order has already been sent, and we are very fast, you will have to wait until your order arrives, and then return it to us. You will find a return slip with instructions in the package.

You can check our e-store to see if an item is in stock. This information is given underneath the price. You can also see how many items are still in stock. If an item us temporarily sold out, this will also be clearly stated, together with the date when the product will be back in stock. 

Yes! Discount! If you received a discount code, and want to redeem it, simply go to the checkout page after placing the items you want in your shopping cart. You can enter your discount code on this page. Don’t forget to click the 'Calculate discount' button, otherwise no discount will be deducted from the final amount.

If there is a problem with your order, please first check the FAQs to see if an answer has already been given. If your problem cannot be solved immediately in this way, please contact our customer service (salessupport@suitsuit.com). They should be able to help you.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. After we send your order, you then receive our invoice and shipping confirmation email with the track & trace code or codes. The shipment itself contains the packing slip and return slip.

 

If there is a lot of internet traffic, your confirmation email may not arrive immediately. Please be patient! It may also be the case that our emails are redirected to your spam folder, so please check this first. In addition, check the email address you sent us with your order. If this is incorrect, you will not receive our emails.
